General Guidelines
For Students
- Students are not allowed to bring or use mobile phones on college premises.
- Emergency communication with parents is facilitated through the college office.
- Digital communication with teachers should be strictly academic and professional.
For Teachers
- Mobile phones should be used only for academic or professional purposes.
- Personal calls or messages should not be conducted during teaching or class hours.
- Digital communication with students should maintain professional boundaries and respect privacy.
Official WhatsApp & Digital Communication
- Each class may have an official communication channel (WhatsApp group, website portal, or email) managed by the course coordinator.
- Students’ personal numbers should not be shared without parental consent.
- All shared material must be academic and institutionally appropriate.
Parental Communication
- Parents are informed about digital communication rules.
- Parents may choose alternative methods (SMS or printed notices) instead of WhatsApp communication.
- The college respects parental preferences without discrimination.
